What the AMPA committees are
Active participation of families in school life
The Sant Ignasi AMPA committees are groups of parents committed to specific areas of school life. Each committee works collaboratively to drive projects, organise activities and support families.
The 12 committees
- Training (Formació) — Workshops and activities for families and students.
- Celebrations (Festes) — School celebrations and community events.
- Health (Salut) — Health, wellbeing and healthy habits.
- Xalasis — Sant Ignasi Sarrià Labour Network.
- Scholarships (Beques) — Support programme for extracurricular activities.
- Extracurricular (Paraescolars) — Coordination of extracurricular activities.
- Pastoral — Pastoral and solidarity activities.
- Social & Volunteering — Integration and solidarity.
- Recycling (Reciclatge) — Sustainability and responsible consumption.
- Communication (Comunicació) — Communication with families.
- Sports (Esports) — Sporting events and team values.
- Notes BaT — Music and cultural projects.
How to join a committee
- Identify a committee that matches your interests.
- Contact the coordinator or your class delegate.
- Attend a first meeting with no initial commitment.
